Over the course of 1½ hours, you’ll rustle up four incredible dishes – your choice of lamb or plant-based koftes, a creamy tahini sauce, the quickest pickled sumac onion and a zingy tomato and cucumber salad.
Our chefs will walk you through the recipe steps, and be on hand to support you throughout. You’ll serve up your Middle Eastern-inspired plates with warm bread, before sitting down at the chef’s table to enjoy the fruits of your labour. What a treat!
