Join us for a burger and a beer this summer! In this sizzling class, we’ll reveal the secrets to cooking Jamie’s infamous Insanity burger. You’ll learn to cook a patty to perfection; how to quick-pickle onions; how to achieve oozy cheese – and much, much more!
Once your chef has revealed all, you’ll crack on recreating your own masterpiece. While you’re cooking, your chef will whip up two sides. Some spuds, and a simple side salad. Perfect to go alongside your showstopping burger. Oh, and did we mention we’ll throw in a beer, on us, too? It’s a marriage made in heaven!

- It is not essential to book as a pair. Individuals are welcome to book onto this lesson but must be aware that this class requires you to work in pairs and you maybe paired up with another individual for duration of the class

- The duration of the lesson includes the teaching time as well as the time taken to enjoy eating what you have made.
